1. Delivery Policy

Shipping & Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons like weather, courier issues, or high demand.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• A standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.

Order Tracking

• A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Non-Delivery Cases

• If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

• If a delivery attempt fails multiple times, the order will be canceled and refunded (excluding shipping fees).

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Return requests must be initiated via email at info@silverbowofficial.com with the order details.

Non-Returnable Items

• Accessories, innerwear, customized products, and items on sale are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues and must be requested within 7 days.

• Exchange is subject to stock availability.

• If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.

Refund Process

• Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

• Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
