• We currently ship all over India.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Time & Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

• Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues).

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹50 on orders below ₹999

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999

• Any additional charges (e.g., COD fees) will be mentioned at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

• Use the link to check your order’s delivery status.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for select pin codes.

• Additional charges may apply for COD orders.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

• Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

• If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will re-attempt delivery before returning the package.
